Full-Color Watercolor Paintings, with single matting

Artist takes photographs of the desired views of the home and other details, then draws and paints a full-color watercolor portrait from these images.

** A 50% Deposit is required at time of order. Balance to be paid upon presentation of the painting.

Additional Options

Small inset paintings of other smaller buildings within the main work are $100.00 and $150.00
respectively for the two larger sizes.

Gift certificates are available. 100% Deposit is requested at the time of purchase.

Notecards are available at an additional cost. $1.50/Card.

22"X30" Size available upon special request.
